Our micro-learning tracks are designed to give both permitted and unpermitted family child care providers practical, business-focused support in a simple, accessible format. Each track includes four live, one-hour sessions led by experienced business coaches, along with easy-to-follow assignments that take 20 minutes or less. Topics include essential areas like licensing, financial foundations, risk management, sales and marketing, technology use in child care businesses, and strategies for starting and growing a sustainable program. Additional tracks will support providers in preparing for Texas Rising Star, expanding services to include infant and toddler care, offering non-traditional hour care, and thriving in child care deserts. These small-group sessions create space for connection with other providers while offering clear, step-by-step guidance to help you move forward with confidence.
